• Present preliminary cost schedules based on multiple levels of construction materials
• Coordinate design with total budget
• Coordinate owner-supplied materials
• Review Construction Documents provided by design firm(s)
• Review Shop Drawings
• Coordinate with municipal and regulatory authorities
• Research alternate materials and/or methods to reduce costs
• Establish temporary on-site management facilities & utilities
• Supervise construction
• Track construction progress
• Conduct QC inspections
• Coordinate team meetings
• Manage progress payments to subs & suppliers
• Monitor construction costs, quality, schedules & safety
• Protect the owners’ & lenders’ interests
